1. Your professional background
I started my career in retail after finishing college and worked my way up to a managerial position before deciding I wanted to go back into education. I then went on to study a Business Management with Finance degree and alongside it worked as an administrator in a city law firm. After finishing University, I knew that I wanted to work in the financial sector and shortly after applied for an administrator role at Buckingham Gate. I have since gained much experience at Buckingham Gate and am now transitioning into an Operations role within the business.
2. Specialist areas of interest and expertise
I am specifically interested in all things systems and processes. I love taking action and making the team's ideas become a reality. I aim to help the business run as efficiently as possible and ensure our clients have the best experience from start to finish.
3. Why did you join Buckingham Gate?
I joined Buckingham Gate after a member of my family became a client and spoke so highly of the service they had received. I did some research into the company and the role and thought that’s the type of company I would like to work for. Since joining, I have learnt so much and am so grateful to be part of the team at Buckingham Gate.
4. When not at work, you like to?
When not at work I enjoy spending time with friends and family and cooking lots of delicious food for them. I also love to travel and spend lots of time on the beach, reading and swimming. I recently took a 3 month sabbatical to travel around South East Asia.
5. An interesting fact about you?
I am a thrill seeker and absolutely love roller coasters.
